These terms and notices concern the website of Clean Commons Initiative Foundation (“Clean Commons,” “we,” or “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website and inquiry information.
Information, not legal advice
The material on this website is for general information. It is not legal advice and may not reflect current law or developments in a particular case. Do not rely on it to decide what to do in your own legal matter; seek advice from a qualified attorney about your circumstances.
Case summaries describe particular facts and proceedings. Past outcomes do not guarantee a similar result in another matter.
Contacting us about a case
Visiting this website, preparing a draft, or sending an inquiry does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship with the Foundation, Ilan Wurman, Tully Bailey LLP, or another lawyer mentioned here. Representation requires a separate agreement with the lawyer or firm taking the matter.
Do not assume an unsolicited inquiry is confidential or protected by attorney-client privilege. Send only a brief, non-confidential description. Do not send sensitive documents unless an attorney has agreed to receive them through an appropriate channel.
We cannot guarantee that we will respond, take a case, or provide a referral. We do not monitor legal deadlines for people who contact us. Sending an inquiry does not pause a filing deadline or preserve a claim. This is not an emergency service.
Our forms only prepare email drafts. Nothing is sent until you send the draft through your email application. A draft-ready message is not confirmation that we received an inquiry or agreed to act.
Support and tax status
Clean Commons Initiative Foundation is not accepting donations at this time. Our 501(c)(3) status is not yet in place. A support inquiry is an expression of interest—not a donation, pledge, or commitment to pay. Do not send funds or payment information through the website. We make no representation that a contribution is currently tax-deductible.
Using and sharing the website
You may browse the site and link to its public pages, provided you do not imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or misuse other people’s information.
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, illustrations, photographs, and other materials belong to the Foundation or their respective owners. Contact us before republishing material where permission is required. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law or a separately stated license. Public court documents and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable rules and rights.
External links and availability
Links to other organizations, publications, and court materials are provided for reference. We do not control those sites or their content, and a link does not imply endorsement. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but do not promise that every page is complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. We may update or remove material. Nothing in these notices excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
